Return policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, exercisable within 14 days from receipt of the goods purchased. The Customer must contact RIPANI at the e-mail address support@ripani.com, indicating his intention to withdraw. The company will provide the customer with instructions. The return must be made according to our procedure and by express and traceable courier, at the expense of the sender. The shipment must be sent to the following address Ripani Italiana Pelletterie Srl SB, via Sandro Botticelli n. 3 - Tortoreto (TE). The Customer must return, at his or her own care and risk, the purchased Products, undamaged and complete (including any original packaging of the item), to the above-mentioned address within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased Products. For the sole purpose of the expiry of the aforementioned 14-day period, the Products shall be deemed to have been returned at the time they were handed over to the forwarding agent. Withdrawal may be exercised for the entire Product purchased and cannot therefore be exercised in relation to only part of the goods ordered.
